Vinco Training Instructors
Clayton Krieger comes to VINCO Training with 32-years of Federal service. After serving 6 years in the United States Marine Corps, he worked as a Correctional Officer at a Federal Correctional Institution for 9 years, 8 of those on the Special Operations Response Team (SORT). He attended Firearms Instructor and Disturbance Control Instructor school at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), while a SORT member. After 9/11, he transferred to the Federal Air Marshal Service, where he remained for the next 17 years. When he wasn’t working domestic and international flights, he was assigned to the training department. He attended instructor level classes and later taught Defensive Measures (Unarmed Combatives), Mission Tactics, Tactical Medicine, CPR, Active Shooter, Stop the Bleed, and American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) First Responder Instructor Courses. After retirement, he became an NRA Law Enforcement Instructor in pistol, shotgun and tactical shooting, NRA Range Safety Officer and USCCA CCHDF Instructor. He currently works as a School Resource Officer. Clay volunteers as, and is certified as, a PA and National Registry EMT. He is also a CPR, AED and First Aid Instructor for the Red Cross and American Heart Association (AHA).

Chad Strickland comes to VINCO Training with over 20 years of law enforcement experience. He is currently certified as a NRA Safety Officer, a NRA LE Instructor in pistol, shotgun and tactical shooting, FLETC Firearms Instructor and USCCA CCHDF Instructor.
