This 16-hour course satisfies the training requirements for the Maryland Wear and Carry (Concealed Carry) Permit. Vinco instructors are Maryland Qualified Handgun Instructors. Training includes Maryland firearm laws, home firearm safety, handgun operation and mechanisms, and the state-required live-fire qualification.
This two-day course meets the requirements for both Maryland residents and non-residents seeking a Maryland Concealed Carry Permit. Conveniently held at Tri-County Sportsmen’s Association in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania, there is no need to travel to Maryland for training.
Students must be able to safely draw from a holster and demonstrate safe firearm handling throughout the qualifications.
Utah Non-Resident Permit Included
Expand your reciprocity by applying for the Utah Non-Resident Concealed Firearm Permit. The Utah permit can significantly increase the number of states in which you may legally carry.
The course fee includes:
- Fingerprinting
- Passport photos
- Addressed application envelope
New Jersey Permit to Carry Qualification
Students will have the opportunity to complete the firearms qualification required for the New Jersey Permit to Carry. Upon successful completion, Vinco will provide documentation verifying:
- Firearms qualification
- Required Use of Force training

- Florida Concealed Weapon License
- Arizona Concealed Weapons Permit
- Connecticut Permit Add-On $50 (adds an additional 30 minutes on Sunday)

Course fees do not include state application fees, live-scan fingerprinting, or any additional requirements imposed by the permitting state.
Maryland, New Jersey, and Connecticut require demonstration of safe firearm handling skills. Students must be capable of safely drawing, shooting, reloading, and handling their firearm in accordance with the universal firearms safety rules. If additional instruction is needed, we recommend obtaining training before attempting the qualification.
